in general most romanian food is available in the UK if you know where to look? i would be interested to hear what you cant find there? i was thinking for this and i cant see a problem tescos asda and sainsburys probably have all the ingredients you need to make romanian food???? i love cooking and the opposite is true here in romania you cant buy some english stuff like branston pickle or english mustard, chedar cheese(near equal but not the same exists in artima "cedar" is the name) but you can improvise very closely..perhaps the notion is many romanians in uk think its hard to find the ingredients?? for romanian food...eg branza..welsh goat / sheep cheese has got to be very close???
just dry it a lot before you try it?

mamaliga exists..salmale??(spelt wrong) can be made, smantana can be found so i dont see too many missing things or perhaps i am wrong??? tell me what you dont find easy to buy or cant find?

    Gogonele...e-he-he....n-avem. :)

Taietei se pot face acasa foarte usor. Si, odata facuti, puteti sa-i pastrati pt mai mult timp, daca nu-i folositi pe toti la aceeasi ciorba!!
    1 ou
