    inspirata reteta de papanasi.mi-e o poftade unde gasiti branza de vaci?sau poate fi inlocuita cu cottage cheese?

    Ptr ca a dat firul ierbii si va veni primvara, poate vreti sa incingeti un gratar in gradina.
    Alaturi de fripturica bine rumenita..in loc de traditionala salata ..se poate inlocui cu aceasta delicatesa

    SALATA CHINEZASCA DE MORCOVI(sanatoasa si buna)

    1 kg morcov crud
    4-5 linguri otet
    1/2 pahar ulei
    1 lingurita sare
    3 linguri zahar
    1 lingurita piper
    1 capatana usturoi
    1 lingurita rasa de coriandru

    Se da morcovul pe razatoare. Usturoiul se piseaza..si se adauga restul ingredientelor.
    Coriandrul se macina...si sa nu se depaseasca gramajul ca s-ar putea sa amarasca salata

    Eu papanasii ii fac prajiti in ulei si intr-adevar folosesc cottage cheese. ;)

    Apa plata cu lamaie!

    Se ia un pahar mare..se toarna juma' de sticla de apa plata de izvor..se taie o lamaie in felii groase..si se orneaza deasupra apei..optional, garnitura de tigara fara gust ( ca na' ..oameni suntem) ;D ;D ;D

    P.S. ma iertati, am o zi proasta,,din aia de ai o data pe luna :mad:

    daca vrei sa indulcesti putin ziua poti sa glasezi paharul pe margini cu zahar ;D eventual sa ii pui si o umbreluta ;D

    Eu fac des paste cu ton..nu e nimic de gatit..decat fiert paste, adugat o cutie de ton in ulei vegetal (de preferat), porumb, oregano, o rosie taiata cubuletze, sare dupa gust si lamaie multaaaa. Merge si un pahar de vin! Pofta buna ;D

    Eu fac altfel pastele cu ton. Calesc ceapa putin in uleiul scurs de la ton, adaug tonul, masline fara samburi taiate jumatati si apoi o cutie de rosii tocate (sare, piper, alte condimente dupa gust). Le las sa fiarba impreuna pana scade sucul de la rosii si apoi pun compozitia peste pastele fierte.
    Miam miam...

    Cozonaci - reteta apartine unei dragi prietene si nu a dat gres niciodata (dau doar copy/paste)

    800gr faina
    2 pachetele de drojdie(80gr) proaspata,sau 2 pliculete uscata
    2 oua
    100gr unt topit
    280ml lapte caldut
    250gr zahar
    2 plicuri zahar vanilat
    coaja de la o lamaie rasa
    1 borcan Nuttela si nuca pt umputura
    bobite de ciocolata si migdale taiate pt decor(optional!)

    Intr-un lighean dizolvam drojdia in putin lapte caldut,punem 2-3 linguri de zahar si 4-5 linguri de aina pana obtinem un lichid grosut...Acoperim si punel la crescut cam 15 minute...eu pun in cuptorul incalzit prealabil!

    Cand drojdia e umflata,adaugam restul de ingrediente pana obtinem un aluat usor de lucrat,care nu se lipeste de mana si lighean.Faina o turnati treptat,poate mai e nevoie de putina faina,sau poate e multa de aceea nu o puneti toata de la inceput...va orientati la fata locului!

    Lasam la dospit cam o ora... Impartim aluatul in 9 bucati egale(aprox!!!)...Luam o bucata de aluat,o intindem putin, punem doua lingurite de nuttela si nuca si inchidem ca o mingiuta...punem in fiecare forma 3 mingiute!
    Ungem cu putin ou,presaram cu ce avem si lasam iar la dospit cam o ora.
    Gata copt...mie mi-a luat 20 min la 200gr...dar va orientati fiecare la aragazul vostru.

    PASCA CU BRANZA(varianta sarata!

    Pentru aluat avem nevoie de

    1kg faina
    500 ml bere(puteti pune apa minerala sau bere fara alcool)
    2 cuburi de drojdie(82gr)(lipsesc din poza)
    2 lingurite de sare
    10 linguri de ulei(de masline)

    Pt umplutura
    200gr branza de vaca,feta
    100gr branza de vaci proaspata
    3 linguri de smantana
    2 oua(al treilea din poza e pt uns!)

    Punem drojdia cu putin zahar,catava liguri de faina si putina apa sa dospeasca,dupa 20/30 min arata asa

    si unim marginile,ungem cu galbenus de ou amestecat cu 2 linguri de smantana sau iaurt si lasam la crescut,cel putin 30 minute...

    Umplem golul cu branza rasa si amestecata cu restul de ingrediente pt umplutura

    Si dam la cuptor preincalzit aprox 30 minute la 180/200grC!

    Doamnelor, domnisoarelor si de ce nu domnilor!

    S-a cam asezat praful pe acest topic. Sunt sigura ca obligati sau din buna voie tot ne mai pierdem timpul prin bucatarie incercand sa "incropim" ceva "comestibil". Ramane la latitudinea "victimei" sa aprecieze cat de "comestibil" :)

    Impartasiti-ne ce bunatati mai gatiti! Eu sunt o gurmanda cu diploma si acum asteptand si un -angel2- ...sunt pericol! -help-

    Pai daca va place carnea de pui, azi am incercat si eu ceva nou: un pui taiat bucati fiert in apa cu ardei gras, ceapa (verde) si morcov, pus apoi intr-o tava la cuptor cu o cana si jumatate de orez peste care puneti apa in care a fiert puiul, plus legumele din ea.
    La foc mare pana se umfla orezul si apoi la foc mic pana este fiert. F bun si indicat daca ocoliti grasimile si prajelile.

    Merci motanik

    Nu stiu de ce dar am inceput sa ocolesc carnea.
    Si eu am facut in seara asta pui la cuptor cu legume (am servit numai legume :D )

    Piept pe pui dat prin pesmet si alte condimente (prefer rosmarinul, piper negru si groung nutmeg), morcov intreg daca e mic sau pe jumate daca e mai mare, broccoli, conopida si bucati de cartof taiate mari (in 4). Am adaugat ulei de masline si niste vin alb.

    Exact cum a zis si motanik, la foc mare (220 grade) si apoi la foc mai mic spre sfarsit. Cartofii taiati mari la foc mare ies excelenti : crocanti si rumeni in exterior, moi si fragezi in interior!
