    Pentru retete culinare ieftine si gata de servit in cateva minute, cei care fac branza Philadelphia au venit cu vreo cateva sute de retete. Am incercat si eu si pot sa va spun ca a meritat.

    Orice macelarie care se respecta iti va oferi acest produs.

    Recte, nu vei gasi burta de vita in Asda, Tesco,Netto, Lidl,Sainsburys

    Dromaderule tin sa te contrazic. Burta se gaseste la Morrissons pe rafturile cu produse poloneze. Este la borcan, gata pregatita...

    SARMALE IN DOVLEAC (Reteta dupa Pastorel Teodoreanu)

    Ingrediente:

    * 500 de grame de carne de porc grasa
    * 500 de grame de carne de vita
    * 200 de grame de slaninuta afumata (taiata felii)
    * 2 verze murate
    * 2 linguri zdravene de untura de porc
    * 1 cana de orez
    * 3 cepe
    * 2 ardei grasi
    * 1 ou
    * 1 lingura boia de ardei dulce (optional, pentru gusturi ardelenesti)
    * 1 lingurita de chimen macinat
    * 2 linguri cimbru uscat
    * 3 rosii
    * 5 linguri pasta de tomate
    * sare
    * piper

    Preparare:

    Daca folositi o oala de lut, ar fi bine ar fi sa pregatiti oala corespunzator inainte de folosire, oala se scufunda pentru o jumatate de ora in apa rece.

    Umplutura:

    1. Taiati carnea de porc si cea de vita in bucatele mari si tocati-o. Spalati orezul in cateva ape reci. Scurgeti-l.
    2. Curatati si taiati cepele, indepartati cotorul cu seminte al ardeilor. Tocati ceapa si ardeii marunt.
    3. Topiti untura intr-o cratita adanca (sa incapa toata umplutura).
    4. Adaugaţi ceapa si ardeiul tocat si sotati-le pana se inmoaie.
    5. Adaugati orezul si amestecati-l bine pana devine translucid.
    6. Adugati chimenul macinat, boiaua de ardei si rumeniti-le usor cu ceapa, orezul si ardeii. Luati cratita de pe foc si adaugati carnea tocata. Amestecati bine compozitia, incorporati o lingura de cimbru, asezonati cu sare si piper.
    7. Dupa ce amestecul s-a racit, incorporati oul.

    Constructia:

    1. Tocati o farfurie de varza din frunzele mai groase. Decojiti si tocati rosiile.
    2. Asezati un pat de varza fin tocata pe fundul dovleacului.
    3. Adaugati si cateva feliute de slaninuta.
    4. Asezati cate o foaie de varza in palma deschisa, puneti cate o lingura de umplutura si rulati: rasuciti pentru a obtine niste rulouri, pe care le inchideti la capete ulterior, introducand capetele dinspre exterior spre interior.
    5. Asezati sarmalele in oala, in straturi succesive, intercalate pe alocuri cu rosii tocate si felii de slaninuta pe margine.
    6. Dupa ce ati terminat, acoperiti sarmalele cu restul de varza tocata, rosiile tocate, bucatelele de slaninuta si o lingura de cimbru uscat (ideal ar fi o crenguta).

    Fierberea:

    1. Porniti cuptorul .
    2. Introduceti dovleacul la cuptor.
    3. Fierbeti sarmalele timp de vreo 4 ore.
    4. Opriti focul si lasati oala sa se raceasca cateva ore, lasati-o sa se odihneasca” pana a doua zi.

    Cele mai bune sarmale sunt cele de a doua zi (consumate la o zi dupa fierbere).
    Sarmalele servesc fierbinti, cu paine sau mamaliguta, smantana grasa si ardei iute.

    am si eu o intrebare... unde as putea gasi radacina de patrunjel (parsley root) si cremwursti de pui ca si cei din Ro in zona rm 13??? (Romford Dagenham Barking Upminster etc)

    Radacina de patrunjel gasesti la orice magazin, LIDL, Sainsburys, Tesco/etc/etc,

    la cremwursti de pui ca'n zona rm 13,

    Radacina de patrunjel am in gradina proprie -Papu stau in aceeasi zona daca vrei.

    Motanik eu am plantat asa ceapa, usturoi (de asta toamna), patrunjel, morcov, ridichi, varza si unele salate. In aprilie urmeaza etapa a doua. Apropos gradinari noi pe aici sa impartim tipsuri ?

    @crescent da vreau!! eu nu pot sa plantez nimic in gradina... ptr ca are in total 4X4m si trei sfert e betonata.... :)) cum facem sa ajung si eu la niste radacina de patrunjel??

    Eu inca nu am vazut radacina de patrunjel, parsnip = pastarnac, care difera la gust de patrunjel, plus ca este mai dulce - dar care este foarte bun, in Romania nu-l foloseam, dar am invatat de la englezi sa-l consum copt alaturi de alte legume si nelipsita friptura.
    Eu folosesc parsnip si la supe in loc de patrunjel.
