acte necesare blue card

    Buna, voiam sa zic ca in curand ... dar uitandu-ma la data am observat..ca azi am 1 an legal ca si aupair in UK. Drept urmare, pe 11 iulie am reusit "dupa lupse seculare" sa obtin o programare in Croydon.
    As intreba pe cineva care a mai fost si caruia i-au fost acceptate actele...ce i-a trebuit mai exact?
    eu detin urmatoarele:
    1. scrisoarea initiala de invitatie din partea familiei
    2. cont bancar - voi scoate statementurile (nu stiu exact pt ce perioada..pentru ca in scrisoarea initiala e stipulat ca sunt platit cash si nu prin banca)
    3. CI
    4. BR1
    5. poze cu subsemnatu "in original" :)

    Ce altceva mi-ar mai trebui?

    Citeam ca trebuie scrisoare care sa dovedeasca ca am lucrat la ei 12 luni...este necesar asa ceva, sau pot sa merg cu scrisoarea de invitatie?

    Buna, felicitari pentru implinirea unui an ca si au pair! Si eu ma am sa am un an in august si am programare la Croydon.
    Eu merg cu urmatoarele acte:

    - pasaport
    - formularul BR1 - atentie, sa fie cel actual din iunie 2011, nu cel din 2009
    - contractul de munca incheiat cu familia in original
    - scrisoare de confirmare cum ca am lucrat 12 luni continuu la familie, cu datele de contact ale angajatorului
    - 2 poze tip pasaport atasate formularului BR1, cu numele meu scris pe spate

    In cazul in care ti-ai facut programarea online trebuie sa tiparesti pagina de confirmare de pe site, eu am tiparit si e-mail-ul primit de la ei cu nr programarii.

    Cat despre cont bancar, nu stiu sa fie necesar, nici fluturas de salariu. Eu nu am asa ceva.

    ups..eu nu am avut contract cu ei. ci doar intelegere verbala pe baza scrisorii de invitatie..chiar daca am venit prin agentie.

    Bucata asta e luata din formularul BR1:

    "If you are applying for a registration certificate as a Bulgarian or Romanian national who has completed 12 months’ continuous lawful employment in the UK:

    Wage slips covering the last 12 months
    Contracts of employment covering the last 12 months
    Letter(s) from employer(s) confirming your employment covering the last 12 months
    Students: Evidence that you have continued to exercise your treaty right as a student"

    nu pot sa iti spun sigur, dar eu cred ca e necesar sa ai contract cu familia.. dar tu cum ti-ai luat purple card fara contract? s-ar putea totusi sa nu ai nevoie de contract... sorry chiar nu sunt sigura...

    eu mi-am facut purple pe baza scrisorii de invitatie si atat. familia a confirmat si nimic mai mult.
    dar stau si ma gandesc..ca si "invoiala verbala" este luata ca si act in UK si s-ar putea sa mearga. nu vreau totusi sa ma trezesc ca am nevoie de alte acte...ce nu le am, desi, legal, pe baza purple card-ului, am lucrat legal toata perioada asta.

    Cred ca din moment ce ai purple nu ar trebui sa fie o problema ca nu ai contract, ca e clar munca legala cu purple. poate primesti si alte raspunsuri in legatura cu subiectul asta care sa te lamureasca mai bine.. -scuze-

    @ Jenny_S poti sa mi dai mai multe detalii legate de contractul de munca in original cu familia? De exemplu eu cand am venit familia a trimis scrisoare de recomandare la Home Office si am primit purple card. Pe langa purple card mai exista un alt contract care se poate incheia intre parti?

    Adica o scrisoare de la familie in care spun ca tu ai lucrat ca au-pair de la data de... pana in prezent. Simplu.

    Acesta e modelul de contract incheiat de mine cu familia. Imi pare rau daca te-am facut sa iti faci probleme, nu cred ca ai de ce pt ca o data ce ai purple card si scrisoare de confirmare de la familie cum ca ai lucrat legal 12 luni ar trebui sa fie ok. eu am insistat la familie sa incheiem contract imediat ce am ajuns, mi-a dat un sentiment de siguranta. Purple card-ul e cel important nu contractul. Rog sa fiu corectata daca gresesc, nu vreau sa dau informatii eronate. O zi buna -asa-asa-

    AGREEMENT


    relating to an au pair placement
    subject to the European Agreement on
    Au Pair Placement of 24 November 1969

    This agreement relating to an au pair placement is concluded between :

    I. GENERAL CONDITIONS

    The au pair shall be received by the host family for a 12 month period under the conditions laid down hereinafter. During this period, the au pair shall be given the opportunity to improve her education, in particular with regard to the English language, and to increase her general cultural development.

    The agreement shall take effect from the date when she receives her Accession Worker Card from the UK immigration Office (we understand that the process will take approximately 6 weeks after her arrival in the UK which would mean approx mid-August 2010).

    II. DUTIES OF THE HOST

    II. 1. The host undertakes to receive the au pair into the family and to let her share the daily family life; in this connection, she makes the following declaration of which the au pair takes note :

    The host employs the following domestic staff in the home: A cleaner who comes 4hrs per week.

    The language normally spoken in the household is English.

    II. 2. The host shall provide board and lodging for the au pair and shall place at her disposal a separate suitable bedroom with shared use of a bathroom

    II. 3. In addition, the host shall pay the au pair pocket money amounting to £... weekly.

    II. 4. The au pair's hours of duty shall be organised in such a way as to allow her to follow courses, and to improve her general cultural development and knowledge of the language.

    II. 5. The au pair shall have 2 free days per week and shall have full opportunity to take part in religious worship .

    II. 6. The host undertakes to affiliate the au pair to the National Health Service at the local General Practioners.

    II. 7. In the event of the au pair's falling ill, the host shall continue to provide board and lodging and shall give all appropriate care until such time as necessary arrangements have been made.


    III. DUTIES OF THE AU PAIR

    III. 1. The au pair undertakes to participate, for 25 hours per week + 2 evenings babysitting per week, in day to day family duties by furnishing the following services:


    III. 2. The au pair agrees to comply with any formality necessary on her part to enable the host to fulfil their obligations under paragraph II 6 of this agreement.

    III. 3. The au pair agrees to furnish without delay the medical certificate provided for in Article 5 of the European Agreement on Au Pair Placement .

    IV. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

    IV. 1. The agreement may be terminated by either party with two weeks' notice.

    Regardless of whether the period concerned is specified or not in the event of serious misconduct by one of the parties, the other party may immediately terminate the agreement.
    Either of the parties may also terminate the agreement with immediate effect if serious circumstances make such instant termination necessary.

    Pt RiderLord, daca te linisteste cu ceva in 7 iulie merg eu la Croydon:D, joi,
    si o sa va dau detalii cu ce mi s-a intamplat acolo.
    Eu o sa duc: Br1(varianta noua), foto, scrisoare de confirmare ca am lucrat 12 luni, pasaport, si binenteles AWC(sau pink-ul/purpule cardul cum vreti voi sa ii ziceti). Eu nu am avut nici un contract sau alte scrisori de invitatie, si stiu cazuri concrete carora le-au acordat BC numai cu scriorile de cofirmare de la familii.
    Daca ai si statmenturi bancare..e perfect, am inteles ca in astfel de cazuri nu au mai sunat familia sa le confirme ca ai lucrat la ei, oare asa o fii..who knows?!..eu o sa le duc ..ca host-mumm-ul mea e cam aiurita si cand nu are chef ..nu raspunde la telefoane (asta e cea mai mare teama a mea).


    Apropo, ati inceput sa va completati Br1, la pag nr 2, ce ati bifat?
    Dar la sectiunea 9???..eu l-am citit de 100 de ori si de fiecare data ..parca am indoieli, cred ca de frica sa nu fac ceva gresit.

    Apropo..Ridelord de la ce ora ai programare in 11, nu de alta dar prietenul meu are programare tot atunci, tot pt Bc ..dupa 12 luni de au-pair, de la ora 9 e el, poate va tineti de urat:)).
    Astept raspunsuri de la voi, si inca odata felicitari anul ce a trecut:))!!!

    si cam atat...parerea mea!

    eu am programare de la 14, dar pe la 12 cred ca am fiu acolo, just in case :) poza mea e aia de la avatar, daca vrea, sa imi lase nr de tel pe privat si il sun imediat ce ajung. ;)

    Uite ca am revenit, pt cei cate asteptau raspunsul meu:D. Am fost asa cum va ziceam in 7 iulie, ieri la croydon si am si luat Blue-ul fara probleme.
    Asa ca Riderlord si Jenny_s, nu va stresati. Ca si acte mi-au cerut:Br1. foto , scrisoare de la fam si pasaport. Desi mai aveam eu statement bancar, card Nhs, dovada ca sunt pe lista alegatorilor,..nu i-a intersat..si in mai putin de 2 ore am primit cardul. Au sunat la familia gazda(pe numarul de mobil..ca numai ala il trecusem oricum)/..si i-au intrebat daca intr-adevar am lucrat 12 luni..si daca inca mai lucrez la ei...cat ma platesc exact(in scrisoare mi-au specificat standard au pair allowance)..si cam atata. Am predat actele pe la aprox ora 10, la 10.20 deja i-au sunat..iar la 11.45 aveam cardul.
    Cine avea actele corect intocmite si dovezile cerute..nu a avut probleme.Asa ca ..no worries!
    Astazi aveam programare pt NI no...din pacate nu am putu sa sa ma duc..ca deh...programul asta de au-pair..fara nici o lege, asa ca m-am reprogramat pe joia viitoare:(

    Thx!, daca mai ai vreo intrebare nu ezita, oricum nu va faceti griji, toti au fost super amabili acolo, si asa cum am mai zis daca ai toate actele..si familia o sa vb frumos despre tine, nu ai de ce sa iti faci griji!
    Bafta multa maine, nu ti-am lasat Pm, pt ca prietenul meu are programarea la 9..si cel tarziu la 11 sper sa fie in tren ..back home, ca asa vrea "familia"...mai e un pic:D.

    -dans- status: mandru posesor de BC! :)

    Un singur update am...am fost intrebat daca am facut vreo scoala in UK sau daca am urmat ceva cursuri. Amuzant e ca am facut cursurile ESOL - Cambridge, dar nici prin cap nu mi-a trecut sa iau vreo hartie la mine legat de asta.
    Dar si fara...l-am luat.
