    Staff Nurse (RGN) - Daventry
    £12.31 - £13.41 per hour - Reference: JO1711

    Job Description:
    A fulltime/part time Staff Nurse post has become available in a beautiful nursing home in Daventry! This post requires you either part time or fulltime, day and night shifts available.
    The successful candidate (RGN) will be required to assist the Care Manager in planning and implementing the highest quality of nursing care to the homes frail elderly residents, some of who may suffer with dementia. Good communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding care are therefore essential.

    Job requirements of the RN:
    • Planning, assessing, delivering and evaluating individual care
    • Organising and motivating the carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered
    • May assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff
    • Liaising with other healthcare professionals
    • Maintaining accurate drug records (storage, maintenance and use)
    • Providing the highest standards of medical or palliative care at all times

    Skills / Qualifications Required:
    • You must be a qualified nurse (RGN) and registered with the NMC
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Must have previous experience with general nursing
    • Previous care home experience a definite bonus
    • Min 2 years hands-on nursing experience

    Buna ! Am si eu o rugaminte la cei care deja sunt asistenti....am tot citit pe forumuri dar nu gasesc date exacte cum s-au angajat,ce acte au nevoie....gasesc scris despre cum sa ingresitrez la NMC....sper ca va faceti timp si pentru mine 2minute. Va multumesc anticipat!

    Hehe, aia e simplu, iti trebuie PIN-ul pasaportul si iti vor da ei sa aplici pt cazier. Singura cerinta mai deosebita ar fi ca le trebuie vaccinarile -nu-i musai sa fie certificate, daca le dai o lista cu data in care au fost facute, din fasa pina in prezent e OK - daca nu sunt happy, iti repeta ei analizele, si iti fac aditional la ce n-ai imunitate (MMS, hepatita A+B).

    Mda, e oficial,
    acum am primit instiintarea,
    nu o mai scanez caci veti primi cu totii ,
    de la 1 Feb taxa NMC a crescut la 100£ /luna,

    cu bla/bla-ul de rigoare.

    Deci , atentie incepatorilor in ale NMC,

    110 pt procesarea actelor,
    100 pt PIN,
    nu mai este 76!

    La mai mare! -plans- -plans- -nervos- -plans2-

    -trist- Ai dreptate Catalin,azi am primit si eu prin posta instiintare de la NMC pentru reinnoirea PIN-ului,si da ma instiinteaza ca am de platit 100£.Asta e,unde merge suta,merge si mia.Nu e dupa noi.
    Sper macar sa ramana asa...

    HAhaha, wishful thinking!

    In 2005, cand eram student la Northampton,
    una dintre profesoarele noastre, fosta nursa desigur, ne-a spus ca,
    atunci cand si-a inceput dansa cariera in nursing, taxa era de 3£/an si, li se spusese ca este UNICA , adica once in a life time! -nu-ma-uit-
    Eu, initial am inceput cu 43£ daca tin bine minte.

    Acu', daca s-a dublat in 7/8 ani.... -plans2- -plans2-
    Desigur, a crescut si rata orara la salar! -ras2- -ras2- -ras2- Tot dublu! -ras4-
    De la 11.24/ora, la 11.32! -ras2-

    Nu stiu daca am mai postat astea, se mai discuta despre abrevieri/hand over, aici doua mostre de ce mai puteti gasi prin spitale, enjoy si, intrebati daca ceva nelamuriri.

    As vrea si eu un sfat de la colegii mai vechi in UK...eu sunt numai de 6 luni aici,am lucrat intr-un NH.Acum am decis sa schimb jobul si am ales unul foarte bine platit,ca staff nurse.Avand un nivel bun de engleza si un CV stufos,mi s-au oferit o gramada de joburi,printre care si doua de home manager.Bineinteles ca le-am refuzat,nu ma simt pregatita pentru asa ceva,oricum la bani nu era cine stie ce diferenta fata de jobul pe care l-am ales.Dar ma gandesc ca erau infinit mai multe responsabilitati ca manager...Voi ce ziceti,am facut bine refuzandu-le sau nu?

    " mai taie din craci, ca sting si eu farurile"?.
    Deci ai lucrat 6 luni intr-o NH ...ca ce? de acum "staff nurse" a devenit ceva "foarte bine platit"?

    Da, ca manager ai mai multe responsabilitati, inclusiv sa ai grija de angajatii care bat campii si viseaza cai verzi pe pereti! -ras4-

    Bineinteles ca am lucrat tot ca staff nurse,dar am venit printr-o firma romaneasca si eram platita la limita de jos,asa cum vin majoritatea din Romania.Am pleat de acolo cu mare scandal,nu am acceptat sa fiu calcata in picioare de ei.Am obtinut un job mult mai bine platit,tot ca staff nurse.Nu inteleg la ce te referi cu " mai taie din craci, ca sting si eu farurile"?...
