    Cred ca s-au creat ceva confuzii,
    13/04/2014 reprezinta, ca la oricare agentie de gen
    data ultima cand se incheie saptamana, la unele Vineri,la unele Duminica,
    saptamana financiara ma refer desigur.
    Ce vedeti acolo sunt doua zile lungi lucrate,
    la una din ele s-a depasit ora de la care se intra la plata de ore "social", adica de noapte, si recte, esti platit mai mult,
    o alta zi este Duminica.

    Apoi, pentru cei care nu cunosc sistemul de sanatate, majoritatea romanilor ajunsi pe aici, prefera sa lucreze "long days" , caci ,daca esti cu contract,
    faci 3 din astea si acoperi orele de contract, si ai 4 zile sa-ti tot bati copiii -asa-asa- -asa-asa- -asa-asa-

    Corect pentru unsocial hours ar trebui sa iei ceva in plus. Eu lucrez 3on/3off ( 3 zile , 3 off , 3 nopti , 3off ) si tot asa....iar compania unde lucrez imi da 30% spor la salariu pentru ( nopti , weekenduri )

    Probabil ca trebuie sa punem in balanta si persoana nu doar jobul , mai ales in domeniile unde poti personal sa influentezi venitul lunar , sunt ferm convins ca nu toti asistentii medicali castiga la fel asa cum nici toti taximetristii nu castiga la fel .
