20 ore, munca legala ca student

    Buna seara ,
    As vrea sa stiu daca este o problema daca se depasesc cele 20 de ore ca si student?

    Buna Lauraenaku,

    daca lucrezi in baza unui YC si depasesti cele 20 de ore (iar cei de la HO se prind, eventual printr-un control), atunci pot sa aplice o amenda atat tie cat si angajatorului pentru 'munca la negru' (muncit peste limita pana la care aveai dreptul legal sa o faci).

    Ma sfatuise cineva ca sa depasesti o ora- doua peste cele 20 n-ar fi un capat de tara...dar mai bine nu risc. -da-da-

    Am sa tin cont de sfatul tau , mi se pare mai realist.

    dar e obligatoriu sa muncesti 20 de ore in acelasi timp?

    Ca student trebuie sa inveti, ca de asta devi student. INSA daca vrei sa muncesti atunci aplici pentru YC si MUNCESTI.
    Se SI munceste pentru ca dupa 12 luni sa se poata aplica pt BC.
    Spor la citit pe forum, dupa mai multe informatii

    Imi cer scuze, acum, dupa multa vreme de cand am postat reply ul, am realizat cum suna, ce voiam sa intreb atunci era daca 20 de ore sunt obligatorii, sau se poate si mai putin... M am lamurit intre timp.

    Intr adevar, nu putem multumi pe toata lumea cu nivelul de inteligenta, dar ce sa faci, nu suntem toti la fel...

    daca vrei sa aplici la sfarsitul cursului pt blue card trebuie sa dovedesti ca ai lucrat part time pe perioada cursului. Poti lucra full time numai in timpul vacantelor.
    Daca m-ai ai intrebari ma poti suna 07545555966. Ma numesc Anca si lucrez de 8 ani la UK SCHOOL OF ENGLISH.Pt detalii poti vizita web: www.uk-school.org.uk. Te poti incrie la un curs de engleza la un pret destul de ieftin. Scoala este acreditata. Sunt foarte multi romani si bulgari inscrisi.
    Veti mai jos informatiile necesare si gasesti UK SCHOOL OF ENGLISH in lista scolilor acreditate pt obtinerea de yellow si blue card.
